1. Local Government Returning Officers (LGROs)

2. Ward Returning Officers (WROs)
   Ward Returning Officers manage election results within specific wards.

3. Supervisory Presiding Officers (SPOs)
   The Supervisory Presiding Officer is responsible for overseeing Presiding Officers to ensure that the election process runs smoothly.
   • Requirements: A university degree along with computer skills. Experience is considered beneficial.
4. Presiding Officers (POs)
   Presiding Officers ensure the proper conduct of elections at polling units.
   • Requirements: A university degree and a good grasp of computer use. Prior experience is an added advantage.

Category 2: Roles for Holders of NCE, OND, WASC, GCE, SSCE, or NECO

1. Polling Clerks (PCs)
   Polling Clerks assist in managing the polling units during elections.
   • Requirements: A certificate in NCE, OND, WASC, GCE, SSCE, or NECO, along with basic computer literacy. Any prior experience will be beneficial.
2. Assistant Polling Clerks (APCs)
   Assistant Polling Clerks support Polling Clerks in ensuring that the election process at polling stations runs smoothly.
   • Requirements: Applicants should hold one of the following qualifications: NCE, OND, WASC, GCE, SSCE, or NECO. Basic computer knowledge is also required, and previous experience will be an advantage.
